You retain full ownership of all video files and content you upload to Cutflow. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We do not sell, share, or use your content for any purpose other than processing your jobs. Uploaded files are automatically deleted from our servers after processing is complete.

Edit packages generated by Cutflow are created by artificial intelligence and are intended as a starting point for your editorial workflow. We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific professional use. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all outputs before publishing or distributing any edited content.
